We Deliver to Copperopolis Daily
From charming homes in Town Square to events at Copper Valley Golf Resort, Blooms and Things offers reliable flower delivery across the Copperopolis area.
Proud to Support Our Copperopolis Students!
At Blooms & Things, we believe flowers are more than just beautiful gifts—they are incredible tools for learning. We recently had the wonderful opportunity to donate a batch of fresh carnations to Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Gosney’s classes at Copperopolis Elementary School for a hands-on science experiment.
A "Perfect" Lesson in Botany
The students took a deep dive into the world of floral anatomy! By dissecting our carnations, they were able to:
1) Identify the stamen (the male parts) and the ovary (the female part).
2) Discover unfertilized eggs tucked away inside the flower.
3) Learn why carnations are classified as "perfect" flowers (because they contain both male and female reproductive parts).
Learning Together
Even as a florist with years of experience, I’m always learning something new! I was thrilled to hear how much the students enjoyed exploring the "how" and "why" behind their favorite blooms.
"We truly appreciate your kindness and your support for learning from your business." — Mrs. Davis & Mrs. Gosney, Copperopolis Elementary
Supporting the Copperopolis community—and its future botanists—is one of the best parts of what we do.
